Always use an SBC. Never directly to the OXE from the provider. What brand of SBC is not importent.

I would not do that. The OXE/4400 system is highly modified. You risk instability.

I have created a flow for a filter test. Filter is working fine for Calling numbers, but not for Called numbers.

Can anyone please confirm if the VAA should filter should work on Called numbers?

I dont know Microsoft dynamics 365, but you can build a O2G server (API Server) that connects to the OXE. If Microsoft dynamics 365 has some kind of interface to API also, that might be a way forward.I am sure it will take some development tho.
