ALE uses a software called ACTIS in order to generate configurations, add-ons, and licenses upgrades. The latest version of ACTIS only allows you to create new systems or upgrade to version R100.1 , R101, and R101.1 So yes - It's costly, but you'll benefit tremendously from new features and phones. ...

Also, did you configure the local firewall correctly to accept incoming TFTP Requests from your phone network?

The TFTP IP Addresses should be the MAIN Roles.
Are you IP Addresses MAIN Roles or LOCAL Roles?

It's really poor.
Update ISO in /tmpd folder, then swinst , option 2 , 9 , 10 , and enter the iso file.
New install will be loaded on 2ndary partition. You'll need to copy network settings over from swinst. Then you can reboot and try.
