The TFTP IP Addresses should be the MAIN Roles.
Are you IP Addresses MAIN Roles or LOCAL Roles?

Was the office closed, or the phone system replaced?

Used it on R101 with success.

It's really poor.
Update ISO in /tmpd folder, then swinst , option 2 , 9 , 10 , and enter the iso file.
New install will be loaded on 2ndary partition. You'll need to copy network settings over from swinst. Then you can reboot and try.
